How hard is it to add another page or update all the associates' sites?

If you want to add a page, you just do it like you normally would. If you want to update a web page, you just do the update to the file like you normally would. The software will automatically update all the associate's webpagess (whether you have 100 associates or 10,000 associates).

If someone visits but does not buy the first time, will the appropriate associate get credit for the sale when the visitor comes back to buy another day?

Yes. AssocTRAC will track the visitor no matter when he/she comes back to the site and gives the credit/commission to the associate that originally sent him to your website. This is a very powerful feature when convincing associates to sign up with your program… they know that they will get their commission no matter when the visitor buys.

With regards to hosting my associate information online, how safe is it and will this information be used for promoting your products or sold to other companies?

Where is all my associate's data and sales data stored?

All the data for your associates (like name, address, etc) and all their sales data (like number of visitors and sales per associate) are stored in a fast SQL database on our server. It is backed every second onto a second hard drive. It is then backed up every 15 minutes to a text file on a different drive. And then backed up nightly to another hard drive on a different server. It is again backed up weekly on DAT tape for security. We have redundant systems in place to make sure your data is safe, safe, and safe.

Also, we own the servers so you will not have the problem of your ISP installing new updated software (which they do often) and crashing your Associate Program… we are aware of how updates can affect the database and AssocTRAC and know how to get around the problems so you service is never interrupted.

Absolutely. AssocTRAC will make a file with all your associate's information for you to download and use offline whenever you like.

What happens when someone orders…what takes place?

AssocTRAC updates the associate's database to give the proper associate credit for the sales… so the associate (and you) can view their commission reports with the new sale instantaneously. A copy of the order gets emailed to you for you to save in your email box for backup. An email gets sent to the associate notifying them a sale has been placed under their associate number and they have earned a commission.

What happens when someone signs up as an associate… what takes place?

AssocTRAC creates an account for the associate instantaneously and saves all the associate's contact information, etc. in an online SQL database. The software then automatically emails the associate a "personalized email" with details on their associate number, the exact HTML to cut and paste to link to your site(so they cannot make mistakes)… and tips on advanced ways to promote your site and earn commissions. AssocTRAC also emails you a copy of the associate application to save in your email box for backup. It also emails a "personalized email" to the associate that referred the new associate to you to notify them that they have a "sub-associate" that signed up and will be earning money on that new associate's sales (if no associate referred them to the site and you were the one that referred them to the Associate Program, there would be no email sent to yourself as it is not necessary as you are getting a copy of the application).

What about software updates?

That is the beauty AssocTRAC as it is hosted on our server, but called from your website. We update the software for you automatically when new versions and features are available. You get all the new features and updates FREE.
