What I want in a job can be narrowed down to 3 basic things: Security, Growth, and Fun. I must admit that that I have settled for one or two of those in past jobs – but not here at IMC!

Not only have I grown within the company, but my knowledge and understanding of the world of Internet Marketing has skyrocketed!!!

I mean it is like you are at University all over again. Lots of things to test your knowledge – constant challenges, a real sense of accomplishment and advancement, as well as a whole lot of FUN!

Here at IMC they encourage and nourish independent thought and often give full rein on work styles and methods. The employee recognition program is great as it gives every employee the chance to be recognized for all the little things they do to keep IMC strong.

To work here is to work within a company of friends each dedicated to the whole to keep it growing and successful. I love it!!!!!

I felt like I found a "home" with this company...

I started to work with IMC in Jan 2006, but from the moment I had arrived I have felt like I found a “home” with this company.

I often wondered what took me so long, having had such an extensive background in Business Development and Marketing. Nonetheless, I have not looked back since. IMC is one of those rare employers that have found the balance between professionalism and fun – and I love it. They are also very supportive of anyone who wishes to move up in their career. And they are also great at rewarding the effort. There is one thing however that has and always will impress me – and that is the caliber of staff they hire. Everyone that I have had the pleasure to work with is extremely qualified to do their job. There is never a question that goes unanswered.

I take pride in knowing that I am surrounded by like-minded people that I can learn from every day. It makes the “office” a destination of choice for me.

I've joined a group of friends...

The working environment here is great -- very relaxed and casual, but energetic at the same time. And the people are awesome! Everyone is really enthusiastic and motivated to work hard and help the company grow. I feel like I've joined a group of friends, as opposed to a bunch of coworkers.
