IMC technical support center is a high paced customer service environment where you have to be on your game and multitask at a very high level.

We troubleshoot everyday problems to unusual computer dilemmas. Some of these problems can get very technical and allow you to learn a lot on the way. That’s biggest plus of this job, being immersed in new software that is tailored towards an exciting field and also brand new to the industry. Another aspect of the job is adapting to new software, I have gained a lot of knowledge from the products and mostly from my co-workers. Not only do you learn about the software, you learn about how important the other products at IMC mesh together to provide you with the best solution for an online business. To me, the great quality about this job is learning the technical side and also improving my e-business knowledge.
