These are the specific tasks it now handles for me:
Processing opt-ins: This was starting to get way out of hand. There were days when I processed 30 to 50 opt-ins myself. Now, visitors sign-up online and receive an instant confirmation e-mail with their free report.
Sending follow-up autoresponders: At first, I was so busy handling visitors' initial requests for information, that I never had time to follow up with them. We used to follow up by postal mail, but the office became "bogged down" with all the mail.
