The Best Way to Get Rich!

I came across some very interesting information the other day and wanted to share it with you.

I get phone calls all day long from Internet entrepreneurs... some of them are only thinking about starting up an internet business, others are in the start-up phase, and yet others are wanting to expand and grow. For the most part what I hear is inspired enthusiasm... but from time to time I also hear from people who are discouraged by the progress they are making. I know from personal experience that we all can get discouraged by the amount of work that needs to be done... and I know that some of you wonder if you are ever going "to make it"... or even if it is possible.

Well... I'm here to tell you that you can! I know this personally because I have grown from a one person business to a multi-million dollar business in less than 3 years! But when I found Fortune's list of 40 of the Richest Under 40... I laughed and realized that I had to bump up my goals a little.

Here are the top 5 of the richest entrepreneurs under 40 years of age...

Michael Dell, 34 (Dell Computer) with a net worth of $21.49 billion
Jeff Bezos, 35 (Amazon.com) with a net worth of $5.74 billion
Ted Waitt, 36 (Gateway) with a net worth of $5.44 billion
Pierre Omidyar, 32 (eBay) with a net worth of $3.69 billion
David Filo 33, (Yahoo) with a net worth of $3.12 billion

Now, if you haven't already seen the trend here, I just have to point it out... these people are either involved in computer related industries or their business is Internet related.

Dell and Gateway are involved in computer hardware. Amazon.com, eBay and Yahoo are all businesses that were created for the Internet.

In fact... in the entire list of the 40 Richest Under 40, Internet related companies account for almost half the list! And the majority of the rest of the list are computer industry related companies. If that's not a sign that the Internet, by far, is the fastest and most effective way to do business... I don't know what is!

And if you think it takes half a lifetime to make your millions... look at Jeffery Arnold (WebMD)... now grant it, he's way down on the list at number 33, but give him some time... he's only 29, and grew a business with a net worth of $321 million in less than 2 years.

There is one completely low tech business on the list... John Schnatter of Papa John's International. This one definitely stands out in the list of 40, but I've figured out how they got there. While all the other people on the list are sitting at their computers, or are involved in meetings 16 hours a day, they have to eat something! You can hold a slice of pizza in one hand and keep on working... perfect!

So where's Bill Gates? Well... he's simply too old for this list. At the ripe old age of 43 he's worth more than the entire list of the 40 Richest Under 40 combined! How would YOU like to be worth $80 billion...you could eat a lot of pizzas with that!

A bunch of the fellows on the list with nothing more than a few dollars in their pockets simply jumped into their businesses... they had an idea, they put their heads down and simply went for it. Then one day they looked up and surprise, surprise... they were on the list.

Is this not a sign of the BEST way to make money in the world? You bet it is! Get involved in an Internet based business and you never know what could happen.
