Here's How You Can Make 2009 Your RICHEST Year Yet (Really!)

Can you believe it's already the last few days before the holidays?!

Funny, it feels like the older I get, the FASTER the years fly by. (My Dad used to say the same thing all the time when I was a kid. Guess you really DO grow up to become your parents ;-)

Anyway...

I'm about to head out the door to attend our annual IMC company Christmas party, and from there, it's just a few more days before I take a break to spend some time with my family and friends.

This will be a particularly memorable holiday for me, because it's my son Hunter's first Christmas. I can't wait! :-)

I hope you've also got plans to get as far away from your computer as possible for a few days, and spend some quality time relaxing and sharing good food and good times with those you're closest to.

After the challenging year we've just had, I think we ALL deserve a little "R and R," don't you?

Sorry, I don't mean to be a party pooper, but it's pretty hard to send out a business newsletter without at least mentioning what's been foremost on most people's minds for most of the year: the economy.

There's no denying that this year was a tough one.

We saw more bankruptcies, job losses, and home foreclosures than ever this year, and the financial "eggheads" recently confirmed what the rest of us have known for months: we're officially in a recession, and it's likely to persist through the coming year.

So does this mean you should be running scared in 2009?

Is it time to batten down the hatches, pull up the drawbridge, barricade the doors, shutter the windows, and hide under the bed until it all blows over??

Far from it! You're going to want to face 2009 head on, and throw everything you've GOT at it!

Because here's the thing: all signs point to online spending in 2009 INCREASING BY 14%!!

I know it may seem hard to believe right now, but the truth is, due to the weakened economy, more people will be on the Internet next year than EVER.

They'll be using their computers for everything from bargain hunting and product research, to finding ways to upgrade their skills, to searching for ideas for new ways to make money.

So your chances of making MORE profits next year are very good!

But you ARE going to need to do some careful planning if you want to take advantage of this coming surge in online activity, and you're going to want to make sure you're ready for the new year SOON!

If you procrastinate AT ALL, there's a possibility you'll end up dead in the water!
