Here is a breakdown of some of the screens that you will be using. Please note that all screen captures are of the two-tier system to show you how it works (and the power behind a two-tier system).


Associate's Admin Screen - what they can view and modify

Here is the main screen of what the associate sees when they enter their special password protected area. They have the choice to:

  1. view their visitor, sales and commission stats (for themselves and sub-associates)
  2. view the summary of their stats since they started as an associate
  3. view a list of all the sub-associates they got to sign up on your associate program
  4. edit/modify their account information (like email address, mailing address, etc.)

Associate's Sales and Visitors Stats Screen (for regular and sub-associate sales)

In real-time, an associate can view their visitor counts, sales counts, and earnings for both their sales and all sales from their sub-associates to see how much he/she is earning. This is very motivating and creates credibility with your associates.

Associate's Sub-Associate List Screen

An associate can view a list of all the associates that signed up in the associate program based on his recommendation, all by the date that they signed up. Associates can track their efforts on how many associates they are signing up "underneath" them so to speak (as the associate will earn a commission on everything they sell).

Associate's Edit/Modify Screen

Associates can update their own information; like email address and mailing address, so you are not doing all the "tedious" work (which can save your days every month as your associate program gets large).

Your Main Administration Screen (protected by your special password):

As the administrator of the associate program you can:

  1. adjust any associates account for product refunds, duplicates, non-payment, etc.
  2. update any associate's information (i.e. add/disable/modify any account)
  3. terminate (with the push of one button) any associate from receiving payment if they have violated your associate's agreement (i.e. if they have spammed your products to email lists, etc).
  4. Reports real-time commissions for monthly sales, visitor counts, and sub-associates signed up. See which associates are performing and which are not. Also use this feature to track advertisements you make… so you never again pay for an advertisement that doesn't work.

Your Associate Email Message Interface Screen

This is probably the most powerful e-mailer ever created for an associate program.

Easily email all your associates with the push of a few buttons. It has an email interface that will send them fully mail-merged, personalized updates whenever you want (so it looks like you sent them a personal letter that is addressed to them). Send them special deals, promos on your company, details on how to become a more profitable associate with new banners or advertising you have, announcements of new products you are launching, who was the top associate of the month (to get them motivated), special offers on products that you would like to sell them, etc.

This communication tool is VITAL to the success of your associate program and it is fully personalized… you can merge in any information from the associates information stored in the database into anywhere in the email. You can query the email interface to only email certain associates by sign up date, products sold, etc. This is a VERY powerful interface.

Think of this, with this interface and a click of a few buttons, you can select all the associates that have signed up in the last 3 months and not produced any sales. Then email them a special message that is personalized and addresses them by their first name (like you sent them the letter personally). You can mention that you noticed that they have not made any sales yet and that you want to give them some tips and tricks on improving their sales and what advertisements are working well at the time (so they can use them).

Your Sales Adjustment Screen

If you get a product return, a customer bounces a check, you get a chargeback on a credit card, or if there is a duplicate order… you can adjust an associate's stats to reflect that. Also, if you get an order by phone, mail or fax, you can manually enter it into this screen so the associate's stats get updated immediately and he/she gets credit for the sale.

You can list all of your associates along with their details.

Automatic Confirmation of Every Order to All the Appropriate Associates

Every associate is automatically sent an email every time an order is placed under their associate ID.
